Good for on the road as well as at home. If you want to prepare enough for several days, it will stay good in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Layer your dried ingredients in the bottom of a mason jar.
Add almond milk until the ingredients are completely covered. Put the lid on the jar and shake vigorously to combine the ingredients.
Leave in refrigerator or cooler overnight, or at least 2 hours while the chia seeds and oatmeal absorb the almond milk. Enjoy straight from the jar with a spoon.
